INDORE is a city in west-central India. It’s known for the 7-story Rajwada Palace and the Lal Baag Palace, which date back to Indore’s 19th-century Holkar dynasty. The Holkar rulers are honored by a cluster of tombs and cenotaphs at Chhatri Baag. The night market Sarafa Bazar sells street food. East is the Indo-Gothic Gandhi Hall and clock tower.

Regular bus service is available from nearby cities like Ujjain, Bhopal, Aurangabad, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Sanchi, Gwalior, Mandu and Omkareshwar, to name a few. The roads are well maintained and are serviced by public and private buses.

The nearest Airport is Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport, Indore, roughly 15 minutes drive from the city. It is well connected to a spectrum of cities like Varanasi, Delhi, Lucknow, Kathmandu, Bhopal, Hyderabad and Kolkata via Air India, JetKonnect, Indigo and Spice Jet. You can easily take flights to Indore.
